1. All entry forms must be submitted to Best Way Disposal or participating affiliate sites no later than July 3rd 2008 to be eligible for the contest.

2. No responsibility is assumed for lost, stolen, late, misdirected, illegible, postage due, or incomplete entires.

3. Entering false, incomplete, or misleading information will void your entry.

4. By signing the entry form participating, entrants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of the official judges.

5. Entrants agree to allow the sponsor the right to use their names and photos of their gardens and property for use in any publicity related to the contest without additional compensation.

6. Only one entry is allowed per household.

7. Applicants are to adhere to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations in regards to the contest.

8. All gardens must be withing the boundaries of the eligible zip codes.

9. Entry into the contest is complete free of charge.

10. The garden must be visible from the curb or edge of the road in front of the property.

11. Gardens will be judged on design, composition, and originality.

12. judging will take place from the street or public sidwalk in front of the property.

13. Judging will take place without notice between 7-7-08 and 7-26-08.

14. Judging will take place at the discretion of Best Way Disposal.

15. Decisions made during judging on all aspects will be final.

16. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to enter.

17. Employees, relatives, officers, agents, or affiliates of Best Way Disposal will not be eligible.

18. Best Way Disposal is not responsible for any expenses incurred by applicants.

19. By entering in the contest, participants release and hold harmless Best Way Disposal from any and all liabilities, injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from partcipation in the contest.

20. All discounts provided by local vendors in conjunction with the contest are at the discretion of said vendor and are subject to change.

21. Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
