Billing:

When will I receive my invoice?
Best Way Disposal invoices commercial and industrial accounts on a monthly basis. Our billing cycle closes at the end of every month. You should receive your invoice within the following week.
Can I pay my bill online?
Absolutely, click “Pay My Bill” to get started today. You can make a one-time payment or schedule automatic payments.
Can I pay my bill by phone?
Definitely, call our customer service team today to use your Visa, Mastercard, or Discover card. We can even help you schedule an automatic withdrawal from your checking account if you prefer.

Service Questions:

What if I have extra waste once in a while?
If you occasionally have extra waste, you can contact us for an extra pick up. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you. You may use the online form to make your request, but for faster service call Best Way Disposal today.
What items can I put in my trash container?
Best Way Disposal can only accept non-hazardous solid waste. We can accept waste from your restaurant, office, or retail store. We can also accept waste from many industrial and manufacturing facilities, please contact us today to schedule a survey of your waste by one of our trained customer service professionals.
What items can NOT go in my container?
Best Way Disposal cannot accept any liquids, hazardous waste, or universal waste. If you have used batteries, fluorescent bulbs, leftover paints or chemicals, please contact our customer service team today so we can help you recycle or dispose of these wastes properly.

“Special” Disposal Questions, What Should I Do With My:

Old appliances?
Most old appliances can be recycled at a local scrap yard. As a convenience to our customers, Best Way Disposal can pick up these materials for you. Contact us today for details.
Large, oversized items?
Furniture, carpet, and other items that cannot fit into your container will require special handling and advance notice. Contact our customer service team today to see what Best Way Disposal can do for you.
Old TVs and other electronics?
Many state and local regulations now prohibit the disposal of TVs, computers, and other electronic items. Best Way Disposal does offer collection of these wastes in some areas. Contact us today to see what we can do for you.
Used tires?
Most states now ban the disposal of old tires and so they must be sent to a facility that can safely and responsibly recycle them. Contact our customer service team today to see what we offer in your area.
Used batteries?
Used batteries are in a special category called “Universal Waste”. That means that they must either be recycled properly or disposed of as hazardous waste. Although Best Way Disposal does not handle these wastes ourselves we may be able to coordinate convenient, responsible options for our customers. Fluorescent light bulbs?
Fluorescent light bulbs are in a special category called “Universal Waste”. That means that they must either be recycled properly or disposed of as hazardous waste. Although Best Way Disposal does not handle these wastes ourselves we may be able to coordinate convenient, responsible options for our customers. Used motor oil?
Used motor oil should never be put into your trash container, dumped on the ground, or poured down a drain. Responsible recycling is the best way to manage this valuable resource. Most auto parts stores and some auto repair facilities will accept used motor oil from the general public. If you have large quantities of used motor oil, contact a used oil recycler directly.
Old paint?
Old water-based paints can be solidified with cat litter, saw dust, or cellulose insulation and then managed as normal solid waste, but oil-based paints might be hazardous and need to be properly managed. The best option is to use the paint if you can. Sometimes community organizations like Habitat for Humanity will accept donated materials if they are in usable condition.
Yard waste and landscaping debris?
Most states now ban disposal of yard waste and landscaping debris in landfills. This means that these types of materials should be going to composting facilities. Recycling Questions:

What can I put in my recycling container?

Best Way Disposal offers recycling for a wide range of materials in our different service areas. Please contact our Customer Service team today to find out which materials can be recycled in your area.We offer co-mingled recycling to our commercial customers. This makes it easier for you to do your part. All of your recyclable items will go into a single container and will be sorted and processed at our Recycling Center.

Why doesn’t Best Way Disposal offer recycling in all locations?
At Best Way Disposal, we believe that recycling service is a very important part of what we do. Unfortunately, not all of the areas that we service can support a recycling program, but we regularly monitor the interest of our customers to identify areas where we can expand our service.
