As we continue to experience subzero temperatures and hazardous road conditions, Best Way Disposal will make an effort to resume residential collection service in all of our service areas on Wednesday.
Please place your trash and recyclables out for collection, and we will make every effort to collect it, with weather permitting. Below is a list to help define which areas are being affected by a delayed schedule.
DIVISIONS WORKING ON A TWO-DAY DELAYED SCHEDULE:
A two-day delayed schedule means that those areas normally serviced on Monday will now receive service on the following Monday (Jan 13th). Areas normally serviced on Tuesday will received service on Wednesday and this delayed schedule will continue all week, ending on Saturday.

Place all rubbish to the street curve. Services that should of taken placed on Monday and Tuesday will be collected throughout the week and be complete by Saturday.
DIVISION WORKING A PUSHED SCHEDULE:
A pushed schedule means that those areas normally serviced on Monday and Tuesday will now receive service on the following Monday (Jan 13th) and Tuesday (Jan.14th) due to the unpredictable weather and road conditions.
********PLEASE NOTE FOR THE FOLLOWING CITIES IN MADISON COUNTY, IN ********
- If you are a resident of the City of Anderson, Town of Chesterfield, Town of Pendleton or City of Alexandria & have trash currently setting out to the curb for Monday January 6th or Tuesday January 7th collection we will be attempting to reach you Wednesday, January 8th. If your trash is not currently out to the curb please hold your trash for next week. We will be picking up excess if necessary.
- City of Anderson and Town of Pendleton residents which are regularly scheduled for Wednesday collection will be picked up Wednesday, January 8th.
- If you are a subscription customer living outside of City or Town limits we will not be attempting collection of Monday January 6th, Tuesday January 7th or Wednesday January 8th routes. Madison County has asked us to allow them thru Wednesday January 8th to clear the snow from the County roads. We will be making a double pick up for all of our customers from these days next Monday January 13th, Tuesday January 14th & Wednesday January 15th.

Due to the extremely cold temperatures and hazardous road conditions, if Best Way Disposal did not service you on your pick-up day, please keep your trash and recycling out for collection, and we will make every attempt to service it, weather permitting , as soon as possible.
